Children with Special Health Care Needs Program/Washington State Department of Health
The mission of the Children with Special Health Care Needs Program is to promote integrated systems of care that assure children with special needs have the opportunity to achieve the healthiest life possible and develop to their fullest potential. The CSHCN Program serves children birth to 18 who have serious physical, behavioral or emotional conditions that require health and related services beyond those required by typically developing children.

Kindering Center
The Kindering Center, a not-for-profit neurodevelopmental center, has provided comprehensive services for children with special needs and their families since 1962. Each year hundreds of infants and children receive crucial therapies, special education, and counseling. The Center’s name reflects the kindness, kinship and nurturing care provided to children and families each day. The Fathers Network has been a program of the Kindering Center since 1985.
